Booking Online - Terms & Cancellation Policy

Check In / Out: Check in from 14:00 until 00:00 - You must check out by 11:00
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
Internet Policy: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.
Pet Policy: Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
Parking Policy: Free public parking is possible on site.
Extra Charges Policy: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.
Child Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 3. Note that if this is noted in the 'Special Requirements' box above, it will not be included in the cost calculation - it wll be added as an extra charge when you pay at the hotel.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. Please contact by Email.
